The Alova is a multi softness, monoblock, viscoelastic, zonal mattress with contoured heel support. Alova is a High Risk mattress which has a 30 stone weight limit and rated for those at high risk of pressure sore development. The viscoelastic material retains the imprint of the users body after being compressed, the ultimate in comfort for the user. This feature ensures that the mattress adapts to every contour of the body while evenly distributing the weight and pressure over a wide area, lessening the risk of decubitus ulcers. The material will regain its original shape slowly once weight is removed. The mattress also features a heel contour and zonal areas, soft, medium and firm, designed again with the users comfort in mind. Alova has been clinically evaluated, is covered in a two way stretch, vapour permeable material. |
