The Harvest Reflect mattress is fully profiled on both faces to suit all types of beds and has a deep layer of visco foam of 70mm and an overall mattress depth of 170mm (63⁄4"). The mattress can be used either side uppermost although normally used with the visco side to the body to provide the close support to the body contours that achieves this luxury-feel effect. Turning is not required thus reducing the work-load on the carer but 'spinning' to change the body imprint is advisable. The outer cover is two-way stretch vapour-permeable fabric as used on other Harvest products. The whole product is very comfortable and, by supporting the pressure points, reduces vertical interface pressure and horizontal shear forces.
